Yes, the cleaner is safe for most surfaces such as bathroom tiles, patio tiles and silicone joints. However, always test on an inconspicuous area before using for the first time. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.

Our cleaners combine strong cleaning power with environmental friendliness. They are biodegradable and contain no harmful chemicals. All cleaners are free of chlorine, silicones, solvents, NTA, aldehydes, perfumes and ensure hygienic cleanliness
Store the cleaner in a cool, dry and dark place and make sure that the bottles are tightly closed to maintain the effectiveness of the components. Thanks to the special formula, there is no best-before date.
Below you will find information about how to use our product:
Step 1: SPRAY
Spray the surface thoroughly with Arvox Pro A from a distance of about 20-30 cm so that it is covered with a thin film. Immediately afterwards, apply Arvox Pro B in the same way. As soon as the two components come into contact with each other, they react with each other. The dirt is broken down.
Step 2: GETTING STARTED
After application, work the components into the surface with a brush, scrubber or suitable cleaning machines. If the surface is heavily soiled, I recommend applying both Arvox Pro components again.
Step 3: APPLY
Allow Arvox Pro to work for 5 – 15 minutes, depending on the level of dirt. At lower temperatures, the required exposure time may be longer.
Step 4: RINSE
Rinse the treated area with water and a brush or wipe it with a damp cloth indoors. The Arvox Pro components should not dry on the surface. After the cleaned area has dried, a white powder may remain. This is non-toxic and completely biodegradable sodium carbonate (washing soda). Rinse with water if necessary. Only work in enclosed spaces with the windows open and good ventilation.

No, components A and B must not be mixed beforehand. The two components are applied to the surface to be cleaned one after the other or simultaneously. If they are mixed in a container beforehand, the reaction begins immediately and the cleaning power is lost.

This depends on the surface condition and the degree of soiling. Arvox is a highly effective special cleaner. Experience reports show that a single application is sufficient in most cases. In the case of extreme soiling, we recommend repeating the application after the surface has dried again.
Arvox Pro only removes dirt and is gentle on the cleaned surfaces when the cleaner is used as described in the instructions for use. Certain metals (aluminium, brass or copper) may discolour when in contact with Arvox. We recommend that you test it on an inconspicuous area.
Yes, Arvox Pro is 100% environmentally neutral. When components A and B react with each other, only water, oxygen and sodium carbonate (also known as washing soda, which also occurs naturally) are produced. The reaction products are harmless to plants and can therefore be rinsed off in the garden without any concerns.
It is important to keep pets away while using Arvox Pro. However, once the Arvox reaction has subsided and the area has been rinsed, it is safe for pets to enter.
Arvox Pro should be used at temperatures above 0° Celsius. Use in rainy weather is not recommended, as the surfaces must be dry for optimal effect.
Since rust is inorganic, it cannot be removed with Arvox. We recommend the Hotrega brand rust stain remover and, for the best results, subsequent cleaning with Arvox Stone + Concrete.
Arvox Pro Stone + Concrete is very suitable for removing dirt from plastered facades or facades insulated with external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS).
Arvox Stone + Concrete is ideal for removing dirt from all natural stones, including marble and limestone.
Arvox Pro also removes dirt from painted surfaces – however, Arvox Pro does not remove paint.
Arvox Pro is a special cleaner for organic contaminants. Limescale deposits cannot be removed with Arvox Pro. If limescale has settled on the dirt, Arvox Pro can no longer fully exploit its cleaning potential and the cleaning performance is reduced. We therefore recommend using a limescale cleaner first when cleaning calcified tiles and only then applying Arvox Pro Grout + Tiles.
Colored mineral joints can be cleaned very well with Arvox. The color of the joint or the joint itself is not affected. A joint brush is recommended for cleaning. The best results are achieved with the Arvox Fuginator
Arvox Pro Parquet + Floorboards has been specially developed for the basic cleaning of oiled and waxed wooden floors indoors. Arvox does not dissolve varnish. Depending on the level of soiling, Arvox Pro Parquet + Floorboards removes organic contaminants as well as oil and wax-based impregnations from your floor. The wood should then be re-impregnated to protect it from new soiling.
Arvox Pro Wood is best suited for outdoor wooden surfaces. For use on floorboards, we recommend Arvox Pro Parquet + Planks . This product has been specially developed for the basic cleaning of oiled and waxed wooden floors indoors.
Arvox Pro Wood and Arvox Pro Parquet + Floorboards remove organic contaminants from the wood surfaces to be cleaned and are therefore the perfect cleaner for then caring for the wood with an appropriate product and making it shine again. It is important to ensure that the wood surface is completely dry so that the oil can be evenly distributed and harden on the surface. We therefore recommend waiting at least 12 hours before treating the wood with a suitable wood oil.
